DELIVERING YOUR ARTWORK | DELIVERY IN PERSON: SATURDAY 21 DECEMBER BETWEEN 10AM–6PM, AND SUNDAY 22 DECEMBER, 11AM–4PM. We will not be accepting any artwork drop offs on any other dates. See below for postal delivery or courier delivery dates. LATE DELIVERY: Works delivered outside of these dates will not be included in the exhibition and fee will not be refunded.
STORAGE OF PACKING MATERIALS | Brunswick Street Gallery will NOT store any packaging or materials, unless artworks are to be couriered back in that packaging at exhibition's end. If you wish to retain any of your packaging or have special materials, it is the artist's responsibility to remove it and take it with them after artwork drop off.

COLLECTING YOUR ART | COLLECTION IN PERSON: Collections in person will occur on SUNDAY 19 JANUARY BETWEEN 11AM–4PM and MONDAY 20 JANUARY BETWEEN 10AM–6PM ONLY. POSTAL RETURN: Artists who are unable to collect in person, must fill out the Post Return Request form by Friday 17 January.
FAILURE TO COLLECT | Work MUST be picked up at this time. Work not collected by this date will be charged a $25 late fee. If unable to make these dates, you must make arrangements for a proxy to collect, or fill out a Post Return Request for work to be shipped back to you. Late collections will not be accepted. Works not collected by 20 February 2025 will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of.
PACKING MATERIALS | The artist is responsible for bringing appropriate packaging for items collected in person. Packaging will not be stored by Brunswick Street Gallery unless being sent back to the artist via post.
Interstate/International artists and Postal Entries: Artwork Delivery and Artwork Returns
Information for those who cannot make the drop offs or collection days in person, or for interstate/international entrants. All post/courier is at the artist's expense. A Post Return Request Form must be filled out by Friday 17 January 2025.
ARTWORK DELIVERY VIA POST/COURIER: Artworks being delivered by Post/Courier must arrive at the gallery between 9–20 DECEMBER 2024. Please send works in clearly marked packaging with your full name written on the OUTSIDE of the packaging as well as on your physical artwork. If you require your works to be sent back to you, your packaging will be reused (where appropriate) to be sent back to you. Please note: Return of works via post or courier is at the artist's expense.
ARTWORK RETURN VIA POST/COURIER: DO NOT include pre-paid return postage envelopes, stamps or pre-paid labels with works as they will not be used. Please make sure to fill out the Post Return Request Form by Friday 17 January. Upon exhibition's end the gallery will 1) pack your work 2) measure and weigh the package 3) use these details to obtain create a shipping label for delivery 4) invoice the artist and 5) send once payment of invoice has been received. Due to the volume of works, it may take up to 30 days to return.
