STOCKROOM SALES AND SHIPPING INFORMATION
All Stockroom sales are final and no refunds or returns will be accepted.
For collection of purchased works:
Collection from Brunswick Street Gallery is free from charge. A Proof of Purchase or valid ID must be presented upon collection. Collection hours are 10am–6pm Tuesday–Saturday.
Brunswick Street Gallery will only wrap works in bubble wrap and the buyer must provide any additional materials that they may require for transport.
Shipping information:
Artwork purchases requiring delivery will be organised by Brunswick Street Gallery via courier. Deliveries will be organised once a week on Wednesdays.
For this option, Brunswick Street Gallery will obtain a quote through a courier once shipping details have been confirmed with by the buyer. Upon receiving full payment of the artwork sale and courier invoice, Brunswick Street Gallery will securely package and organise the courier to deliver your artwork purchase. Courier fees include packaging and delivery costs and insurance covering the full value of the artwork(s) with tracking details provided.
For international shipping, the buyer is responsible for any possible duties or charges that may incur when it reaches the destination country.
